Personality: When out in public he portrays himself sick man always coughing and being sick, or when around the hospital he switches to being a caring, kind doctor. However, he does have his outburst ever so often.

Appearance: (as pic above) he tends to wear formal or work type clothes, but, for casual he wears a simple green vest type top and black trousers. Out in public his eyes ares are blue and has white round his eyes instead of purple.

Abilities: 
Bio-kinesis: Pestilence can create, manipulate, and control diseases, plagues, infestations, molds, and other ailments. He can also cause instantaneous illness in another being.
Immortality: Pestilence himself, as a Horseman, cannot be physically destroyed. Pestilence, like the other riders, requires a ring that channels his essential core abilities. not subjected to age or disease.
Super stamina: Requires nothing to keep going.
Invisibility: As a Horseman, Pestilence is naturally invisible and can only be seen if he wants others to see him.

Weakness: His ring, who has it has the ability to control him and his actions, though he can not kill or self harm himself

Basic History: (i'll update later on as it's a bitt rubbish)
He choose this vessel to take over as when the boy was a child, Mr. Salvatore did experements on his son. Injecting his son with all kind of diseases  and coming up with antidotes and cures for it. The boy soon however died and the horsemen took over the boys body and got pay back, killing the boys father in the same manner.
The horsemen Kept all the boys memories with him, simply playing as the boy. When 25 Pestilence stopped his vessel from aging any further.
